Tiger Shroff: Another Salman Khan in making

Tiger Shroff, another star kid who has geared up to make it big in Bollywood with his upcoming ‘Heropanti’ seems to be following Salman Khan. We all are well aware how big stardom does Salman Khan possess and much of its credit goes to his splendid physique. While his ardent fans watch his movies to see Salman baring his perfect cuts and six pack abs, he himself too never disappoints his fans and gives a full glare to his brilliantly toned body in his every other flick.
Now Tiger Shroff who is already garnering enough appreciation for his intriguing physique in ‘Heropanti’ too is not shying away from flaunting that macho toned body in various promotional events of the film. Both Tiger Shroff and the female lead of the film, Kirti Sanon are busy promoting ‘Heropanti’ these days and are not letting any loop whole out to hit the film in the audience’s wit.
Lately, when Tiger and Kirti promoted the film while celebrating the World’s dance day amongst 20 female fans, the actor didn’t escape and flaunted his to-die-for physique and showed some uber cool dance moves.
The audience went gaga over him as he grooved to his songs bare bodied. While there are many in Bollywood who keep flaunting their six-pack abs in public time and again, no doubt ‘Salman is Salman.’
But after this Tiger Shroff’s stint, one can surely say another perfect bodied star at par with Salman Khan is in making.

Salman Khan Kick stunt causes panic in Poland

A stunt for Salman Khan's Kick caused locals to contact Polish police in a panic. According to the Daily Mail, locals saw a London double-decker bus drive off Warsaw's Gdanski Bridge and plunge into the Vistula River below, not realising that it was a stunt staged for the movie.
One onlooker said: "I saw the bus on top of the bridge and wondered what a London Bus was doing in the middle of Warsaw "It didn't move at first but then it started up, and then just drove off and fell into the river. I was completely shocked and had no idea it was part of a film." The incident was staged as part of a car chase and saw the bridge closed off at a cost of £15,000. Production company spokesman Krzysztof Solek from Film Polska Productions said the price of closing the bridge had helped them beat off competition from London and Dublin to stage the scenes in Warsaw.
While police were able to alleviate public concerns, others complained about the inconvenience and the cost of closing the bridge. One resident said: "They only paid £15,000 to close the bridge off, but how much was lost by people being late for work because of the diversion?" Angry locals have set up a Facebook group to try to raise an equal amount of money to hold a mass barbecue on the bridge. The film is directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and stars Khan.

Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan Rivalry: Bollywood Producer to Get Both Stars Together Along With Aamir Khan?

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan may be seen together along with Aamir Khan soon. There's a possibility that the Bollywood superstar trio might just be spotted together soon – not for a film unfortunately, but to celebrate producer Sajid Nadiadwala's recent success, reports Business of Cinema. Even though the tension between arch Bollywood rivals Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan seems to have subsided, having the two superstars under one roof seems highly unlikely. But it looks like Nadiadwala might just manage to get all three mega stars together. The producer is throwing a massive bash to celebrate the success of his recent films, 2 States and Highway.
Confirming the success party, Nadiadwala who is currently shooting for his upcoming directorial debut with Salman Khan's Kick in Poland said: "By the grace of God this has so far been a fantastic year for my production house. When we produced Highway, Imtiaz Ali (director) and I planned it as a small experimental quickie while we waited for Ranbir Kapoor's dates later during this year. How would we know Highway would be such a success?! It is one of my proudest achievements. And now I hear roaring reports of 2 States." Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh Khan were last seen together in one room at the premiere of 3 Idiots in Mumbai. Reportedly, the moment was rather awkward. Aamir Khan did try to make the effort to patch the other two up, but in vain. "Here's hoping that the prolific filmmaker can be a part of the much needed Khan reunion. No one else other than Sajid Nadiadwala, who is good friends with all the Three Khans, can make that happen," states the BOC report.

More and more Bollywood producers should opt for Poland, says Salman Khan

It was mere destiny that superstar Salman Khan flew here to shoot his upcoming film "Kick". Impressed with the scenic locales, he said he would like to come here to unwind and also hoped that Indian filmmakers will explore the facilities that the country offers. "Had the British authorities not refused me the necessary visa, the original shooting would have been done in London," Salman told IANS. "But I am happy that I have come to Warsaw to finish the film. Poland on the whole is a very beautiful country and the city of Warsaw is a place of my dreams. "I wish more and more Bollywood producers would opt for the country (to shoot films) as all the technical facilities are there. What else can one desire for! Polish people are very understanding and friendly. I would love to come again and again even to chill out from my heavy commitments," added the 48-year-old.
"Kick", Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial debut, is being shot here and the superstar sounds positive about the film and feels it has the potential to cross the Rs.100 crore mark when it releases July 27. Even Nadiadwala is satisfied with his decision to shoot here. "We got excellent cooperation from the Polish ministry of tourism who got us subsidised rates in a five star hotel for a crew of 70 people which we brought here from Mumbai. Our local partner Film Polska did a commendable job and they entertained our each and every demand. Our experience is simply great," Nadiadwala said while addressing the international media. The credit goes to M.R. Shahjahan, executive producer of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt Ltd, for suggesting Warsaw as an alternative shooting destination for "Kick". He experienced the perks of shooting in Poland while making his own film "Aazaan". "After initial hesitation Sajid agreed and we are going to add another chapter to Indo-Polish film cooperation," Shahjahan told IANS. In 2006, Yash Raj Films also canned the climax of "Fanna" and at that time Aamir Khan, Kajol and Suniel Shetty had come to shoot in the Tatra mountains as they wanted to create a war-like Kashmir situation. Monika Kapil Mohta, Indian ambassador to Poland, said: "For the past three years or ever since I have come to Poland, I have been pleading with Bollywood producers to do something here. Finally, Nadiadwala has obliged us and this will be one of the biggest achievements of my term." She tagged Salman and Randeep Hooda as the "cultural ambassadors in the global affairs". "Bollywood has become an important tool to project India as a soft power. Polish youth watch you with admiration. Your films have created a new excitement about India. We hope your word of mouth will also create more understanding and curiosity about Poland in Bollywood circles," she added. The ambassador also praised the role of the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IPCCI) for creating a proper forum to lure Bollywood producers. IPCCI is hopeful that in the coming year some five to six film units will be shooting in Poland.

Salman Khan frenzy hits Warsaw

From being followed by fans everywhere to getting wide media coverage - the filming of Bollywood film 'Kick', which stars Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles, has generated frenzy in the Polish capital. Director Sajid Nadiadwala, who is shooting the film's climax here, had no inkling people would react like that when he parked himself in the city for the shooting.
Wherever he goes to shoot, a mixed crowd of Indians and Polish fans of Bollywood films follow him. They also chant "Salman, Salman" whenever the Hindi movie superstar comes on the set. Shooting is in full swing for the past 10 days and Gazeta Wyborcza, the largest newspaper here, is giving wide coverage to the shooting. It has put four journalists on the job. Private Polish TV channel TVN also gives big coverage to the 'Kick' unit, which is expected to wrap up the shooting by the end of the month, almost every day.
"The day is not far when Warsaw can be known as Warsaliwood for the Bollywood producers. The locales and natural scenic beauty would prompt Bollywood to select Poland for their outdoor shootings. "The (production) cost is much cheaper and the civic authorities are cooperating generously. A city like Warsaw has more than 20 five star hotels and there are 30 Indian restaurants. The stars and the crew can have food of their choice anytime of the day or night. Young and beautiful Polish girls are ready to work as extras in the item numbers," wrote Michael Wojytczuk in Gazeta Wyborcza. Anna Kalata, a former labour minister and vice president of the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IPPCI) and J.J. Singh, the president of the IPPCI, believe that once the film releases and if it is a commercial success, many Indians would like to come to Poland as tourists as it happened in Spain after the release of Zoya Akhtar`s 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', a few years ago.
"Poland is changing fast and for the better. Cities like Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Poznan and Wroclaw have wonderful infrastructure. A city like Lodz has the world famous film institute where Andrezej Wajda, Krzystof Zanussi and many other famous directors had started their film training. "Polish authorities are keen that Poland should be recognised as an important country internationally," added Singh. Meanwhile, Pawel, a Polish journalist, in his tongue-in-cheek style has offered a screenplay a la Bollywood movie. He wants to use the same cast as Nadiadwala has in 'Kick'. In his proposed story, Salman will act as a chef in an Indian restaurant, situated in the centre of Warsaw and he will bail out a Sri Lankan illegal migrant Jacqueline from the clutches of a Pakistani terrorist, Randeep Hooda. So far neither Salman nor Nadiadwala have shown any interest. It seems they have enough on their plate as they want to release the film by the end of July.
